Mustard Advisers Ltd was a finalist in the Business Evolution Awards 2020, presented by Zokit.
Mustard was in the Business Enabler category, sponsored by N S Accounts & Technology Ltd, and was up against 14 competitors. The Business Enabler category recognised businesses that help and allow other businesses to thrive.
Zokit hosts The Business Evolution Awards annually. The awards aim to recognise and celebrate the best and most innovative business thinking and practice from across the world.
There were 125 nominations split into ten categories, also including Customer Experience, Young Entrepreneur, and Innovation.
Zokit is an organisation within the business evolution field. They connect businesses together and allow for business growth through their online and live networking and development events.
On being nominated for the awards, Business Adviser Helen Phillips from Mustard said she is “really proud of what [her] clients have achieved this year. Businesses are often constrained by the capacity of the owner to manage relationships. We help business owners get out of that trap and create stable, sustainable growth.”
Helen adds that she is especially proud of her clients who achieved substantial growth in spite of COVID-19.
As part of its COVID programme, Mustard offered a free 90-minute workshop to more than 10 clients, which helped these business owners find focus and direction with their work. The results of these workshops for different clients included pivoting businesses online, more focused marketing, and one new job created.
The winners of The Business Evolution Awards 2020 were announced at Zokit’s Biz Expo 2020 on Wednesday 14 October 2020. The Expo ran from 10am – 3pm where, in addition to the awards, those who tuned in had the opportunity to view online exhibition stands, network with others and attend BizTalks.
Mustard was thrilled to be nominated amongst 15 high-achieving organisations, and offers congratulations to Dr Bridget who took home the Business Enabler prize.
Mustard also extends its “congratulations to Caryl Thomas and the team at HR Dept for winning Business of the Year.”
Mustard adviser Helen Phillips says:
“HR consultants have worked incredibly hard since the start of the pandemic, dealing with some tough decisions. Being on the delivery end of redundancy is almost as difficult as being on the receiving end, and particularly for “people people”.”
Helen adds that “Caryl has done really well and is a deserving winner.”
Zokit congratulated all the finalists and winners, and thanked everyone for tuning in for the Expo.
